The indoor venue space will hold around 40-50 people most comfortably. As much as we would love to accommodate more, this number is pretty firm to ensure smooth, intimate events.
The table linens and centerpieces can be added to your total for $50.00 to cover the cost of cleaning. If no table linens are chosen, the tables will be left blank for your event.

Yes, the venue can be rented hourly for $75.00/hour with a minimum of 2 hours. However, if you choose the “half day” option of 4 hours, it ends up being the best value at $250.00, plus tax for four hours. You may also choose the “whole day” option and have the venue space for 8 hours for $500.00, plus tax.
For small events, the indoor venue space includes the use of 2 wooden banquet tables for serving, kitchenette area with full size refrigerator and sink, 10 round tables and 40 folding chairs, up to 2 (6ft.) rectangle tables are also available upon request. Linens and centerpieces can be included in your total for an additional $50.00 to cover the cost of cleaning/stain removal. 
For the Micro Wedding Package, the venue includes the use of 2 wooden banquet tables for serving, kitchenette area with full size refrigerator and sink, 10 round tables, 50 folding chairs, up to 3 (6ft.) rectangle tables and 50 outdoor chairs with wedding arbor and outdoor Bluetooth microphone/sound system. Linens and centerpieces are included in your package price.

After your event is over, please bag up any loose trash and food items and place the tied garbage bags in the outdoor trash bin provided. If you rented the table linens, please leave them on the tables for stain checks and cleaning to be done by the venue owner following your event. The event space and furniture should be left as it was found and the door should be locked behind you when you leave. Thank you!
Yes, catering is preferred as there is not a full service kitchen available.
No, but we have a Samsung smart tv and speaker with bluetooth capability that you can use your hotspot on your phone to link to. 
For small events, the event space includes 10 round tables and 40 chairs. Up to 2 rectangle tables are also available, upon request. For the Micro Wedding Package: the indoor space includes use of 10 round tables, 50 chairs, up to 3 rectangle tables and 50 outdoor chairs.
