How many will the venue space hold?
The venue will comfortably hold around 50-75 people indoors.
Are the tablecloths included?
The table linens and centerpieces can be added to your total for $50.00 to cover the cost of cleaning. If no table linens are chosen, the tables will be left blank for your event.
Do you rent the space hourly?
Yes, the venue can be rented hourly for $75.00/hour with a minimum of 2 hours. However, if you choose the “half day” option of 4 hours, it ends up being the best value at $250.00, plus tax for four hours. You may also choose the “whole day” option and have the venue space for 8 hours for $500.00, plus tax.
What is included with the venue rental?
For small events, the venue includes the use of 2 wooden banquet tables for serving, 11 round tables, 44 chairs and a kitchenette area with sink and full size refrigerator.
How do I book my event date?
To book the venue, you may call or text Heather at 870.656.5858 to discuss dates and availability. You may also email thevalleyvenueAR@gmail.com or use the contact form on the website.
What am I responsible for after my event is over?
After your event is over, please bag up any loose trash and food items and place the tied garbage bags in the outdoor trash bin provided. If you rented the table linens, please leave them on the tables for stain checks and cleaning to be done by the venue owner following your event. The event space and furniture should be left as it was found and the door should be locked behind you when you leave. Thank you!
Is catering allowed?
Yes, catering is preferred as there is not a full service kitchen available.
Do you have wifi at the venue?
Yes, the venue has high speed fiber optic internet available to renters and guests. Wifi information will be provided to the renter on the day of your event.
How many tables & chairs are included with the venue rental?
For small events, the space includes (12) 4 foot round tables and 48 white folding chairs.
